Imagination - "mental faculty forming images or concepts of external objects not present to the senses".

Unusual shapes may trigger other images, such as the "dancing" seashells or the "figure" kicking the leaves.
-or a scene can be transposed to a different light or a different time of day - such as the moonlit sea cave or the White Horse.
-or happy accidents can add their own imaginative slant as in "Bluebell Abstraction".

To quote Grayson Perry in "The Tomb of the Unknown Craftsman" - "creativity is often just mistakes"!

But sometimes all it takes is the influence of a delicious lunch in a charming setting - see 'The White Peacock' who lives at Amberley Castle Hotel !

I love the paintings Kezia. Your fantasy and imagination are incredible. I was immediately drawn to Harlech Beach, of course! But also love the Tuscan ones, the Sea Cave - one can disappear right in there - and the wonderful blue colour in the bluebell abstract. I do hope the exhibition went well, and that you sold masses!
