"Wyvern - a mythical dragon-figure with 2 legs, 2 wings and often a forked tail; it is rarely fire-breathing." It appears in heraldry, folk-lore, modern fantasy fiction and video games, and is found in many situations including medieval buildings, flags, and garden centres.
This particular Wyvern was inspired by a statue in our garden, and the two little ones [also from a garden centre], seemed to belong to her.
I created a background of abstract shapes with acrylic inks and clingfilm to suggest a sunlit leafy space and then superimposed the Wyverns, adding more colour with watercolour pencils.

Most of my paintings are acrylic on paper or board.
It will be sent either rolled in a secure tube or mounted in a white or cream mount 5-6cm wide, with mountboard backing to protect it in the post. It can easily be detached from this to be re-mounted or framed as you wish.
I have not so far been asked to accept a return, and paintings are quite easily damaged unless carefully packed, but if you are not happy with your purchase, I am willing to discuss it.
